A Great Day

This has been a great day.  I tried to convince two friends to come with me and they will be very jealous when I share all of the information with them. The information that was shared was amazing. Also, the sharing of information with the others at my table was very helpful. Hearing what others are doing is always energizing for me.  I enjoyed having work time and being able to try all of the new things I learned.  It was also so helpful to have someone standing by who could help.  Thank you Dr. Stokes and everyone at Avila for doing this.
